A recently formed company, R & R Charters was started by Billy Ruhl and Brian Edmund, both experienced Captains.
With almost 48 years of boating experience between them, Billy and Brian have separately been boating the Caribbean, and in particular, the Virgin Islands for over 12 years. Â Along with other locally experienced captains, they can show you many great snorkel spots, secluded beaches, and if you so desire, some fun places to beach party. Â Alternatively, if all you need is transport to you destination, just think of us as your personal water taxi.
